Day 1: Casablanca

Our first day of 11 Days Tour In Atlantic Coast & Desert Sahara Tour will start once you arrive at Casablanca airport. Then we will drive to the largest city in Morocco called “Casablanca”, which is considered the economic capital. In Casablanca, we are going to visit one of the most famous sights in Casablanca, the Hassan II Mosque, built on the water alongside the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a walk on the seaside, and maybe a cafe or a cup of mint tea at leisure. Your coming site will be in the Medina of Casablanca. Although it is not as old as Marrakech or Fes Medinas, a large portion of it remains residential, with its narrow streets. From here, you will continue to the city center to visit the Cathedral of Sacred Heart, which was built in the 1930s by the French colonials. Afterward, we will head to the United Nations Place, looking at art deco buildings on the sides of the street. Then we continue to the Arab League Square hosting the “Palais de LA Justice”. You might choose to have lunch at leisure at the legendary Rick’s Café, designed to recreate the Gin joint bar in the movie classic of ‘’Casablanca’’ (Booking in Advanced). Later on, check-in hotel. Day 2: Casablanca – Essaouira

After breakfast, we start our day by driving to Essaouira via the picturesque coastal road. During the journey, we will travel to coastal town called Oualidia has been called Morocco’s “oyster capital”. Continue to El Jadida, where we will visit the famous citadel, built under the Portuguese occupation in the 16th century, which is nowadays considered a major port on the Atlantic coast of Morocco, and where you will have seafood for lunch in a local restaurant with a sea view. Later on, we will visit the oldest city in Morocco, Safi or Asfi. It’s located in the west of Morocco and is a coastal city on the Atlantic Ocean. Safi has founded by the Carthaginian Hanno, and it was an important port under the Almohads dynasty, and it had ruled under the Portuguese after a war with Saadians, and it became a Fortaleza of the Portuguese. In addition, in Asfi, we will visit the Portuguese fortress has built to protect the city. We will continue on our way to reach Essaouira romantic seaside, a charming and old port town on the Atlantic coast known for beaches, modern art, traditional crafts and a unique blend of architectural styles. Essaouira is a typical Portuguese harbour portraying influences of both Moorish and Portuguese design. Spend night at accommodation in a hotel or riad.

Day 3: Essaouira – Agadir – Mirlift – Legzirra

After your breakfast, our third day of 11 Days Tour In Atlantic Coast & Desert Sahara Tour, we will start from Essaouira toward Agadir. Agadir is truly Morocco’s beach town was founded by the Phoenicians around 1104 BC. Day 4: Legzirra – Bouizakarn – Akka – Tata

After taking your breakfast at the hotel, we will start our journey towards the region of Tata as a base for off-the-beaten-track excursions, such as Akka oasis, desert camping, and rock engravings at Oum el-Alek, Tircht, and Ait Herbil, among the finest in Morocco. After hours of driving along with the beautiful sceneries and mountains, we will stop for a picnic lunch. Then we’ll continue our trip through the landscapes of the region with nice stops. We reach Tata for dinner and spend a night in a hotel.

Day 5: Tata – Foum Zguid – Taznakht – Ouarzazate

Today our journey will let us enjoy the silence of the wild desert. Mixed between mountains and sand dunes we drive across the gravel desert until we reach the small oasis village of Foum Zguid. After lunch we will leave small settlements amid in palm groves behind, cross the Antiatlas and arrive at Tazenakht, which is known for its beautiful carpets and Ouzguita Berbers. From there the road winds its way up weathered rock formations to out Ouarzazate we will have the chance to visit Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou which is not far from that point. The kasbah is one of the most intriguing red earth castles lining the ancient road of the Kasbahs and is a UNESCO world heritage site. Come back the same way to Ouarzazate, “The Hollywood of Africa”. We will stop to visit the Taourirt kasbah former home of the famous Pasha Glaoui. Day 6: Ouarzazate – Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Erfoud – Merzouga

In the afternoon we go on our journey forward Boumaln Dades, famous with its lovely Valley located in a desert plateau, 1500 m high, and it’s known as an old way of transhumance, as well the valley recognized as Figs Valley going through Boumaln Dades region, we will have a short walk for exploring the charming of the valley and visiting Monkey Fingers, as well you will spend a night in that valley and dinner in your Riad/Hotel.
Further, we carry on our day by driving from Dades valley towards Tinrghir and the Todra valley. After one hour and a half of driving, we will reach one of the famous spots of the high atlas called Todra Gorge located 16KM far away from Tinghier, it consists of several canyons and a huge river, and watching the panoramic views of the old mud Berber villages overlooking the valley. Besides, Todra Gorge deem as a station for tourists and locals who are interested to do climbing and hiking in its canyons. Day 7: Merzouga – Erg Chebbi tour

After breakfast, half of our tour “11 Days Tour In Atlantic Coast & Desert Sahara Tour”, we’ll start exploring the area of Merzouga, the first place of the excursion is Merzouga Lake (A seasonal lake) destination of popular migration birds when the lake is full of water, and then, we will continue our journey to Khamlia village will stop to visit a car museum on the way to Merzouga. Back to the hotel for rest and getting ready for an adventure (camel trekking) in the heart of the desert. In the evening, you will start your camel ride to explore the golden Sahara desert with its magnificent views of sand dunes. Just as you approach your overnight desert camp, you will stop for a sunset view on the top of a sand dune, which will be one of the highlights of your trip. After your dinner at the desert camp, you will have a chance to listen to and play the local Berber music with your hosts.

Day 8: Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud – Ziz Valley – Errachidia – Rich – Zaida – Midelt – Azrou – Immouzer – Ifran – Fes

The day will be started by dating the sunrise in a panoramic view that is worth waking up for after your breakfast at camp; you will have two options to drive back from your desert camp to Merzouga Sahara, which is to comeback by camels or by Jeep 4X4. Eventually, we leave Merzouga after a great lifetime experience in the Sahara desert, driving toward Erfoud “Fossils City” as well-known as filmmaker’s destination thanks to the beauty of the surrounding Desert Sahara and towns of oasis areas, movies had filmed here are March OR Die, The Mummy, and Prince Of Persia. Later we drive through the beautiful palm trees of Errachidia, along the magnificent Ziz Gorges carved through volcanic rock, after a stop in Hassan Addakhil Dam, we will travel through the charming Tizi N’talghamt Pass, where you can see views of the High Atlas plateau.
We continue our trip to Midelt to have lunch before continuing our day trip to Fes, later on, driving to High Atlas ranges we will catch a first glimpse of the east, and drive-by hills covered in forests of cork oak and giant cedar and its home of a few Barbary Macaque Apes. Besides driving to Ifrane “Moroccan Switzerland” which is the city of wonders and its cleanest city in the world, you will have a chance to sightsee and explore the white lion sculptural; Ifrane was carved by a German warrior during World War II. After a break in Ifrane we will continue our journey to Fez which is a fourth imperial city, and it was founded under the Idrisid dynasty during the 8th-9th centuries, and it is located northeast of the Atlas Mountains and is linked to a couple of cities in different regions, as well Fes known as a spiritual city, where you will have two nights at Moroccan Riad.

Day 9: Visit Fes medina

After breakfast at the Riad/Hotel, we will pick you up and start exploring the sights of the new city and the old medina with our professional guide. The sites include:
• Royal Palace Gate: The Royal Palace is one of the most elegant structures in Morocco with a large and impressive gate; it’s located in the new part of Fez (Fes El Jdid). The royal palace was rebuilt by the Alaouites dynasty starting in 1969-1971. The gate of the palace had an excellent piece of modern Moroccan craftsmanship. And it is had decorated with mosaic tile and carved cedarwood, as well as the gate, which has gilt bronze covered in geometric patterns.
• The Jewish headquarter: The first Mellah ever built in Morocco, built during the 16th century, as you know that Fez had long hosted the largest and one of the oldest Jewish communities in Morocco.
• Bab Boujloud Gate: The Bab Boujloud Gate is the most famous in Morocco. It is also the main entrance to the Medina. See the striking blue and green colors that cover either side of this monumental gate.

Day 10: Fes – Volubilis – Moulay Idriss Zarhoun – Meknes – Rabat – Casablanca

The day of our 11 Days Tour In Atlantic Coast & Desert Sahara Tour will start after your breakfast. We will leave Fes forward Moulay Idriss Zarhoun holiest Islamic town in the Kingdom of Morocco. Thousands of the Moroccan faithful come on pilgrimage every August to pray at the tomb of this descendant of the Prophet Mohammed. The coming site is Volubilis, the best example of an ancient Roman city in Morocco, the well-preserved Roman empire dating to 225 BC. Besides, Volubilis is by far the most important Roman settlement in Morocco and best preserved and having been declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1997. In addition to that, Volubilis is where you will see the most beautiful mosaics in Morocco, dating back to the 3rd century BC. We will continue the journey to the next destination Meknes, which is well known as one of the fourth imperial cities of Morocco founded by the Almoravids dynasty in the 11th century. It is located in the north, where it has a strategic position in the heart of the country. In Meknes we are going to visit many sights such as the big gate of Bab Mansour designed by sultan Moulay Ismail in the bustling Lahdim square, then later, we walk or drive to “Habs Qara “ Qara Prison ”, built in an underground labyrinth that could host thousands of inmates.
Later on, we will continue the journey to Rabat after three hours of driving via the highway. Rabat is the capital and its seventh-largest city in Morocco, located on the Atlantic Ocean. Rabat was founded by Almoravids in the 12th century, developed under Yaqub al Mansur Almohad Caliph. The sightseeing of Rabat will start by visiting the Hassan Tower built by Abu Yusuf Yaqub al-Mansur tower was planned to be the largest minaret in the world and constructed the largest mosque in the world. Yaqub Al Mansur died construction had stopped. Then we will visit Udayas Kasbah that which was built in the 12th century by the Almohads dynasty, it is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site with other sites in Rabat. The Kasbah locates on a hill at the mouth of the Bou Regreg River.
The Oudaia Kasbah is the original citadel of the Almohad, Merinid, and subsequent Andalusian towns in Rabat. The Kasbah is a small, airy place that is easy to wander. Chellah, our coming site in Rabat, is one of the most beautiful and peaceful Moroccan ruins. Chellah is an ancient ruin of a Roman city and a Merenid necropolis. Besides that, we will visit the Hassan Mosque, which is considered the most famous landmark in Rabat and one of the most ambitious of all Almohad buildings, as well visiting The Palace Museum and Mohamed V Mausoleum. Later on, we leave Rabat, driving to Casablanca. It will take 1 hour 30 minutes to reach Casablanca. Spend your night at Hotel in Casablanca.

Day 11: Casablanca airport

This day will be hard for us to say goodbye after greatness and an unforgettable experience. We pick you up from your accommodation, driving to Casablanca airport.
